Our Story
Innovation Compounding was founded in 2007 by Shawn Hodges, now CEO of Revelation Pharma, with a clear focus: bridging the gap between standard manufactured medications and the personalized formulations individual patients require.
In 2022, Innovation Compounding joined the Revelation Pharma network. This partnership combines our personalized, high-touch patient care with enterprise-grade quality assurance, verified ingredient sourcing, and nationwide clinical collaboration.
Today, operating from our purpose-built facility in Kennesaw, Georgia, Innovation Compounding is an NABP-accredited, LegitScript Certified 503A compounding pharmacy. We prepare patient-specific formulations across the country, pairing clinical precision with the attentive care every patient deserves.

Erin Sosebee, PharmD
General Manager & Pharmacist-in-Charge
Erin earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and has worked in community pharmacy, poison information services, and clinic-based care. She joined Innovation Compounding in December 2022, discovered a passion for compounding, and is dedicated to developing new formulations that meet the unique needs of patients and providers. She takes pride in fostering a supportive, welcoming workplace where team members can grow and thrive. Outside of work, she loves cooking, traveling, and making memories with her husband and daughters.
Jesselyn Gifford, PharmD
Sterile Lab Manager
Jesselyn earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 2015 and joined Innovation Compounding in 2022. She has led the Sterile Lab as Department Manager since 2023 and became a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Elaina Baaklini, PharmD
Data Entry Department Manager & Onsite Residency Coordinator
Elaina graduated from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2021 and joined Innovation Compounding as a pharmacist shortly after. She became Data Entry Department Manager the following year and serves as Onsite Coordinator and preceptor for the Revelation Pharma PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency. Her favorite part of the job is precepting APPE students, and outside of work you'll likely find her at a local coffee shop with a book.
Magaly Bohn, PharmD
Fulfillment Department Manager
Magaly earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Appalachian College of Pharmacy in 2010 and spent 13 years with CVS as a Pharmacist Manager, including a period as interim District Leader. She joined Innovation Compounding as a staff pharmacist in July 2023 and has served as Fulfillment Department Manager since February 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, kickboxing, and cheering on her two sons at their soccer games.
Dimaurio Stovall
QA/QC Manager
Dimaurio holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Keiser University and serves as QA/QC Manager at Innovation Compounding, supporting quality, compliance, and compounding oversight. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Laurie Burmeister
Account Manager
With 30 years in the pharmacy industry, Laurie has built her career around helping patients and supporting quality healthcare. She joined Innovation Compounding in 2016 and now serves as Account Manager, working closely with healthcare providers. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband, her fur babies, and her three grandchildren.

PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency
Innovation Compounding serves as an onsite training center for the Revelation Pharma PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency. Residents train directly in our Kennesaw facility, working alongside clinical leadership across every stage of compounding operations.
