Erin Sosebee, Pharm.D.
Erin earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and brings experience from a variety of pharmacy settings, including community pharmacy, poison information services, and clinic-based care. After joining Innovation Compounding in December 2022, she discovered a passion for compounding and the opportunity it offers to provide personalized care through customized medication solutions.

What is a compounding pharmacy and how is it different?
A compounding pharmacy creates custom medications tailored to individual patient needs — adjusting dosage forms, strengths, flavors, or ingredients that aren’t available commercially. Unlike retail pharmacies, we formulate medications from scratch based on a prescriber’s order.
Do I need a prescription to use Innovation Compounding Pharmacy?
Yes. All compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. However, we work directly with your provider to make the transfer seamless — just call us.
Does insurance cover compounded medications?
Coverage varies by insurance plan and medication. Our team will work with you to verify benefits and explore options. Many patients pay out-of-pocket and find compounding to be highly cost-effective for their specific needs.
Do you compound veterinary medications?
Yes — we compound for both human and veterinary patients. Many pet medications are easier to administer (and more cost-effective) in a custom formulation. Your vet can send a prescription directly to us.
