What is low dose naltrexone (LDN)?
Low dose naltrexone (LDN) is naltrexone prescribed at doses significantly lower than the commercially available strength. Because the commercially available tablet comes in a single fixed dose, a compounding pharmacy can prepare LDN in the exact low-dose strength specified by the prescriber, in capsule, troche, or topical form.
